New universal interface module plus datalogger
In the spotlight on Ipetronik’s booth will be the new M-Gateway3, a universal interface module for the M3 modular system. The data buses are joined together in one system via the various inputs. The output via the XCPonETH standardized transmission protocol makes the signals available to a wide variety of measurement applications (third-party systems) without loss. The M-Gateway3 supports the intuitive plug-and-play-based setup, even for complex measurement tasks.
The M-Gateway3 is ultra-compact and has built-in magnets that allow it to connect to the M3 module without cables. It supports up to two channels of CAN FD and ETH. It has a built-in memory card to automatically log measurement data. Furthermore, data monitoring is possible wirelessly through the IPEmotion ME application using wi-fi.
Ipetronik will also showcase its IPE853 datalogger for tests under extreme conditions with various vehicles and test profiles, including extensive hot- and cold-climate test drives during which the complete vehicle as well as its components are tested. IPE853 is multichannel and can connect to IPEcloud and FTP server via 4G or wi-fi to send and receive data wirelessly. Its applications include vehicle durability testing, vehicle crash testing, image and video measurement for ADAS verification, and the measurement and calibration of ECU data, such as powertrain and chassis.
