XYLON QUATTRO Data Logging & HIL System
XYLON QUATTRO is a next-generation data logger and HIL system delivering up to 128 Gbps of logging and playback bandwidth and 128 TB of internal storage. It supports up to 16 high-resolution cameras (up to 32 MP) via industry-standard LVDS interfaces such as GMSL2, GMSL3, FPD-Link IV…
Designed for advanced automotive testing, QUATTRO directly interfaces LiDAR, RADAR, and vehicle networks through up to 16 Ethernet and Automotive Ethernet channels (up to 10 GbE), as well as 20+ low- and mid-speed interfaces including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and UART—all centrally timestamped for precise data correlation.
At its core is Xylon’s FPGA-based programmable hardware engine, enabling real-time processing and advanced HIL use cases beyond the reach of software-only solutions. An integrated x86 computing platform and open software architecture provide flexibility for AI-based triggering, sensor emulation, automated testing, and future protocol support.
With dual 100 GbE HIL ports, XYLON QUATTRO enables the most demanding real-time simulations, including perception validation using high-resolution camera and LiDAR data—making it ready for ADAS and autonomous development up to L5.
