The LINK Model 5600A Tire Abrasion Testing Machine is designed to perform the tire abrasion test outlined in the "UN Regulation on uniform provisions concerning the approval of tires with regard to abrasion performance" as it currently stands on September 5, 2025: Test method (b) using the indoor drum test method. Additionally, Camber angle control has been added due to an expected addition of this requirement in the regulation. The regulation can be used to satisfy the testing requirements for tire abrasion outlined in Euro 7. Link’s Tire Abrasion Testing Machine can be outfitted with one or two stations as per method B. Test procedures for both options are included with the control software.
